Bell Assisted Living
Bell Assisted Living is an assisted living facility located in Coon Rapids, MN. We are a newly established provider, but we are an experienced and well-trained team dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and services. We believe that each person is unique and has individual needs. Our priority is in our people, both the people who we care for and staff. Persons served are supported in their living environment, which allows them to have autonomy regarding the care and services they receive. Staff are trained and well prepared through on-going education and training tailored to each person’s individual needs and diagnoses.

Responsible for administering, managing, and supervising of assisted living services.
Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Responsible for assessing resident needs, planning appropriate services to meet
individual needs, implementing services, evaluating of the service plan outcome, and
supervising home care aids
Home care Aids
Provide assistive living services
Certified Food Protection Manager
Develop or implement policies, procedures, or standards to prevent foodborne illness.
Complete in-house self-inspections of daily operations to ensure that food safety
policies and procedures are followed.
